Clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay during traveling. Parking available. Only complaint was the breakfast or lack of.

This hotel is located close to the freeway, in an industrial area. The surrounding area is not pretty, but you are only a mile or so away from downtown West Frankfort, and there are fast food restaurants and even a small mall within walking distance. We were here for the 2024 eclipse and the hotel's location was absolutely perfect for us! The hotel is older, but very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the continental breakfast was quite good (choices of fresh fruit, packaged pastries, muffins and bread for toasting, cold cereal). Staff highlight: I needed something I'd forgotten to bring with me and when I asked the front desk, I was told they didn't have it, either. HOWEVER, one of the hotel owners literally ran to the Dollar Store located right next door and bought it for me! Now THAT'S some service!

Hotel was near the interstate and easy to get to. Room was clean and didn't appear to need any maintenance. No weird smells. Breakfast was available but very slim options. Basically coffee, juice, oatmeal and toast. Pretty basic amenities. Good for a one night stop on the road or a vacation on a budget.

The location was perfect for what I was in town for. I especially appreciated a car wash! close by. That was a bonus.

The rooms were clean. Little old , outdated but our room was clean. The managers were very friendly. Greeted us each time we came in.
